I rate precision garage door service 5 stars. Daniel serviced my garage door in Columbus and provided exceptional customer service. The work was fast and everything from the initial call and completed work was efficient. The cost for the work completed was great too. It was a nice surprise for the cost becasue everything else in life is overpriced.I would highly recommend to all.

The tech called before coming out which I really appreciated. The tech on arrival gave his name, I showed him what was wrong the spring had broke. He checked to see if other repairs needed done. Next he explained the cost for the repair. The repair was done to my satisfaction.

I call precision garage door yesterday after 4:00 pm and they sent Seth Heise to my home so his mornin. He very professional and knowledgeable , not only diss he replaced the broken spring that I knew was wrong but he also pointed out another issue I had with the door that I overlooked. We were having problems with the garage opener the builder installed in our new home. Xavier was very professional and knowledgeable on the various garage openers that would fit our needs.
