Amazing responsiveness. They understood our need for a quick response in order to have acces to the use of our garage trapped car. I was thrilled with the prompt and efficient service from Precision. The gentleman who came to my house, Xavieus Duncan, was professional and most knowledgeable. He did a superb job analyzing the problem with my garage door to determine its cause and bring it back to perfect. He explained everything to me clearly. He outlined my various options for repair and longevity of good performance. It was a very positive experience and I will recommend Precision to friends. Please make sure Xavieus is rewarded.

The technician was extremely prompt and kind. However a $59.95 service fee turned into $169 charge after maybe 30 minutes of working with the door. No parts were needed. I called the Columbus office and spoke with someone about the fee while the technician was still at my house. He never called me back after I was told that he would speak with the technician. Will not use this company again.
