The technician, Xavier, was professional, courteous, and experienced. My only issue with the service was the price. The technician arrived and was finished within 5 minutes. Resetting the codes cost me $100.00. ($99.95) I understand the cost of doing business; however, I believe that the price was excessive.

A co - worker gave me this company to try for my garage door needs. My technician Daniel was great. He answered all my questions. And he was very precise on explaining everything about the functions of our garage door. I will tell more people about this Company.

Extremely polite and friendly staff. Would give 5 stars, but tech was 1 hour late after appointment window. I would've appreciated a call letting me know if there was going to be a delay as opposed to just sitting and waiting and wondering if someone was going to show up. Tech did EXCELLENT work once he arrived! Definitely recommend.

I was pleased with the prompt call back. After I explained my needs it was determined that I needed a company that deals with commercial buildings. Thanks for that and I saved the cost of service fee.

Seeing the commercial on television I decided to call to inquire what your company can help me with. I had just purchased the house in June and the previous owner did not have any remotes to open or close the garage door. My realtor said that he would send a handy man out to help me with it. Being a single, mid 70's female, I knew nothing about the garage door. The handy man was not much more help. When your employee came, he diagnosed the door and within 10 minutes he discovered that the remote on the wall of the garage was in lock position. Your employee released the lock position and every thing was working. When he told me the bill was $99.95 i was shocked. He explained that the $49.00 charge was for him coming out and diagnosing the problem. The $99.95 charge was for "his knowledge" of how to fix it. Being a very senior citizen and living off of social security, I was not happy about the final bill for less than 10 minute work and just moving the switch in the off position.
