Amazing responsiveness. They understood our need for a quick response in order to have acces to the use of our garage trapped car. I was thrilled with the prompt and efficient service from Precision. The gentleman who came to my house, Xavieus Duncan, was professional and most knowledgeable. He did a superb job analyzing the problem with my garage door to determine its cause and bring it back to perfect. He explained everything to me clearly. WE HAVE LIVED IN THIS HOUSE & ONLY HAD 2 REMOTES & MY SON & HUSBAND HAD THE REMOTES FOR THEIR VEHICLES BUT I DIDN'T HAVE 1 FOR MY CAR. I HAD PRECISION OVERHEAD GARAGE COME & PROGRAM COME OUT & PROGRAM MY REMOTE! HE DID SO QUICKLY & ALSO GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON WHAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED OR FIXED. The technician was extremely prompt and kind. However a $59.95 service fee turned into $169 charge after maybe 30 minutes of working with the door. No parts were needed. I called the Columbus office and spoke with someone about the fee while the technician was still at my house. He never called me back after I was told that he would speak with the technician. Will not use this company again.

Garage door not working was the service call today ,June 21st. Precision Door Service sent repairman promptly. Repairman explained the garage door opener had to be replaced. Cost 900.00-1000.00. We received estimate from Precision for $999.00. We decided to think on this expense. We called one of your competitors, and repairman came within 2 hours of your company's visit. He said the tracking needed resetting, completed work, garage door working fine . Entire visit was less than 30 minutes. Charge was $129.00 This is a huge difference in the services your company said we needed. My husband and I are in our 70's and live off social security. I would hope this wasn't an attempt to take advantage of the elderly. Please let me hear back from you on this matter.

Thank you for your feedback. Our service manager would like to review your quote and the services needed with you but the phone number on file is disconnected. Please call our office and ask to speak with the service manager. We are a very reputable company and would never take advantage of anyone! Our prices are as competitive as possible when compared apples to apples with another company. It appears our inspection and the other company's inspection were not the same, and that would make the pricing different. The service manager will be able to discuss all of this in detail, so please call the office and ask for him.
