Great experience from the time I called. Same day I called the service technician came by. I had the pleasure of meeting Seth, who was great. Knowledgeable about how to proceed with temporary solution and got new door ordered. I'm looking forward to getting back to normal here.

The technician was extremely prompt and kind. However a $59.95 service fee turned into $169 charge after maybe 30 minutes of working with the door. No parts were needed. I called the Columbus office and spoke with someone about the fee while the technician was still at my house. He never called me back after I was told that he would speak with the technician. Will not use this company again.
