The service technician was very helpful in addressing an issue with my garage door remote that stays in our car. For some reason the remote quit working 2 days ago. He took the battery out, and voltage was ok. Put the battery back in and it works fine. Customer is well pleased.

I selected Precision based on past reviews and they would do repairs on the weekend. The Installer came within hours of calling on a Saturday and was very personable and professional. He did an excellent job of installing the appropriate set of springs for the size and weight of the door and made sure settings optimized efficiency.
