Precision charge outrageously for their materials, I deeply regret allowing them to work on my garage. This is highway robbery and I will never recommend precision door service to anyone because they takes advantage of people

Great experience from the time I called. Same day I called the service technician came by. I had the pleasure of meeting Seth, who was great. Knowledgeable about how to proceed with temporary solution and got new door ordered. I'm looking forward to getting back to normal here.

Amazing responsiveness. They understood our need for a quick response in order to have acces to the use of our garage trapped car. I was thrilled with the prompt and efficient service from Precision. The gentleman who came to my house, Xavieus Duncan, was professional and most knowledgeable. He did a superb job analyzing the problem with my garage door to determine its cause and bring it back to perfect. He explained everything to me clearly. WE HAVE LIVED IN THIS HOUSE & ONLY HAD 2 REMOTES & MY SON & HUSBAND HAD THE REMOTES FOR THEIR VEHICLES BUT I DIDN'T HAVE 1 FOR MY CAR. I HAD PRECISION OVERHEAD GARAGE COME & PROGRAM COME OUT & PROGRAM MY REMOTE! HE DID SO QUICKLY & ALSO GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON WHAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED OR FIXED. DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM & WILL BE CALLING THEM BACK!

The technician was extremely prompt and kind. However a $59.95 service fee turned into $169 charge after maybe 30 minutes of working with the door. No parts were needed. I called the Columbus office and spoke with someone about the fee while the technician was still at my house. He never called me back after I was told that he would speak with the technician. Will not use this company again.
