I call precision garage door yesterday after 4:00 pm and they sent Seth Heise to my home so his mornin. He very professional and knowledgeable , not only diss he replaced the broken spring that I knew was wrong but he also pointed out another issue I had with the door that I overlooked. We were having problems with the garage opener the builder installed in our new home. Xavier was very professional and knowledgeable on the various garage openers that would fit our needs. He installed the garage opener and assisted us with downloading the my q app to operate the garage. We love our new garage opener as it is quieter than our previous garage opener. Well done Xavier!

Mr. Duncan was very knowledgeable, pro- fessional and thorough, as he listened to my explanation of the problems I had been having with my door. He then gave me two possibilities of what the problems could be, inspected the system and gave me two written options which included parts, labor, discounts & warranty. Tension spring broke Wed afternoon just before Thanksgiving Holiday; Called my usual Garage Door Repair Company at 4:30, got answering machine stating they would reopen Monday Morning; Called another, got their answering service, no call back; Called Precision, got their receptionist immediately who promptly scheduled appointment for 10-12 today, and sent confirmation email; Technician came out about 10:30, thoroughly explained options, and spent almost 2 1/2 hours taking care of my problems; Excellent service from A-Z, would highly recommend Precision!

Extremely polite and friendly staff. Would give 5 stars, but tech was 1 hour late after appointment window. I would've appreciated a call letting me know if there was going to be a delay as opposed to just sitting and waiting and wondering if someone was going to show up. Tech did EXCELLENT work once he arrived! Definitely recommend.
