Tension spring broke Wed afternoon just before Thanksgiving Holiday; Called my usual Garage Door Repair Company at 4:30, got answering machine stating they would reopen Monday Morning; Called another, got their answering service, no call back; Called Precision, got their receptionist immediately who promptly scheduled appointment for 10-12 today, and sent confirmation email; Technician came out about 10:30, thoroughly explained options, and spent almost 2 1/2 hours taking care of my problems; Excellent service from A-Z, would highly recommend Precision!

Our garage door fell from one side as the screws unattached from the wall. Xavieus worked super fast considering how bad it was and repaired it. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and so humble and nice. He explained with details what the problem was and made recommendations to us. My husband and me talked with him for a lil minute and we are so glad they sent him. He was really professional and really pleasant to talk to. We are glad we called this company.
