Mr. Duncan was very knowledgeable, pro- fessional and thorough, as he listened to my explanation of the problems I had been having with my door. He then gave me two possibilities of what the problems could be, inspected the system and gave me two written options which included parts, labor, discounts & warranty. I chose #2 (Lift Master MyQ) & he installed it immediately.

Extremely polite and friendly staff. Would give 5 stars, but tech was 1 hour late after appointment window. I would've appreciated a call letting me know if there was going to be a delay as opposed to just sitting and waiting and wondering if someone was going to show up. Tech did EXCELLENT work once he arrived! Definitely recommend.
