Xavier was prompt and looked at the door situation and gave us the detailed problem and exactly what was needed to fix it. He was courteous and worked hard to get the door fixed as soon as possible. He answered all of our questions and explained everything . We called Precision because of the tv commercials and the better business rating and because they could come pretty quick to help us out. Precision charge outrageously for their materials, I deeply regret allowing them to work on my garage. This is highway robbery and I will never recommend precision door service to anyone because they takes advantage of people
