I was thrilled with the prompt and efficient service from Precision. The gentleman who came to my house, Xavieus Duncan, was professional and most knowledgeable. He did a superb job analyzing the problem with my garage door to determine its cause and bring it back to perfect. He explained everything to me clearly. Tension spring broke Wed afternoon just before Thanksgiving Holiday; Called my usual Garage Door Repair Company at 4:30, got answering machine stating they would reopen Monday Morning; Called another, got their answering service, no call back; Called Precision, got their receptionist immediately who promptly scheduled appointment for 10-12 today, and sent confirmation email; Technician came out about 10:30, thoroughly explained options, and spent almost 2 1/2 hours taking care of my problems; Excellent service from A-Z, would highly recommend Precision!

I would've appreciated a call letting me know if there was going to be a delay as opposed to just sitting and waiting and wondering if someone was going to show up. The technician was extremely prompt and kind. However a $59.95 service fee turned into $169 charge after maybe 30 minutes of working with the door. No parts were needed. I called the Columbus office and spoke with someone about the fee while the technician was still at my house. He never called me back after I was told that he would speak with the technician. Will not use this company again.

Our garage door fell from one side as the screws unattached from the wall. Xavieus worked super fast considering how bad it was and repaired it. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and so humble and nice. He explained with details what the problem was and made recommendations to us.
