The tech called before coming out which I really appreciated. The tech on arrival gave his name, I showed him what was wrong the spring had broke. He checked to see if other repairs needed done. Next he explained the cost for the repair. The repair was done to my satisfaction.

Xavier is a very talented professional that took extra time to communicate with us throughout the entire installation process of our new garage door system. Not only was he training a newly hired employee, he was also working closely with us to explain literally everything. He is a very personable guy and you can tell he loves his job. This is the second job we have used Precision for and they are the business of choice for anything garage door related. Precision has great response times and the workmanship is second to none.

Matt was as outstanding technician, explained what all would be replaced with the new door and opener. Explained every aspect of why my old door failed and which type of door and design would be best. Prepared multiple quotes for different doors and did not place any pressure on which type of door to get. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a new door or repairs.

Xavier was prompt and looked at the door situation and gave us the detailed problem and exactly what was needed to fix it. He was courteous and worked hard to get the door fixed as soon as possible. He answered all of our questions and explained everything . We called Precision because of the tv commercials and the better business rating and because they could come pretty quick to help us out. We will definitely use this company in the future and recommend it to our friends.

I call precision garage door yesterday after 4:00 pm and they sent Seth Heise to my home so his mornin. He very professional and knowledgeable , not only diss he replaced the broken spring that I knew was wrong but he also pointed out another issue I had with the door that I overlooked.
