Mr Xavieus Duncan, the tech was on time, and explained what the process would be for the maintenance of my garage door. He went to work and did an excellent job. My door is old and worn out, and I could tell right away the difference the maintenance made. I had a tight budget and is very pleased.thanks.

Amazing responsiveness. They understood our need for a quick response in order to have acces to the use of our garage trapped car. He did a superb job analyzing the problem with my garage door to determine its cause and bring it back to perfect. He explained everything to me clearly. Tension spring broke Wed afternoon just before Thanksgiving Holiday; Called my usual Garage Door Repair Company at 4:30, got answering machine stating they would reopen Monday Morning; Called another, got their answering service, no call back; Called Precision, got their receptionist immediately who promptly scheduled appointment for 10-12 today, and sent confirmation email; Technician came out about 10:30, thoroughly explained options, and spent almost 2 1/2 hours taking care of my problems; Excellent service from A-Z, would highly recommend Precision!

Extremely polite and friendly staff. Would give 5 stars, but tech was 1 hour late after appointment window. I would've appreciated a call letting me know if there was going to be a delay as opposed to just sitting and waiting and wondering if someone was going to show up.
