Tension spring broke Wed afternoon just before Thanksgiving Holiday; Called my usual Garage Door Repair Company at 4:30, got answering machine stating they would reopen Monday Morning; Called another, got their answering service, no call back; Called Precision, got their receptionist immediately who promptly scheduled appointment for 10-12 today, and sent confirmation email; Technician came out about 10:30, thoroughly explained options, and spent almost 2 1/2 hours taking care of my problems; Excellent service from A-Z, would highly recommend Precision!

Extremely polite and friendly staff. Would give 5 stars, but tech was 1 hour late after appointment window. I would've appreciated a call letting me know if there was going to be a delay as opposed to just sitting and waiting and wondering if someone was going to show up. Tech did EXCELLENT work once he arrived! Definitely recommend.

I was thrilled with the prompt and efficient service from Precision. The gentleman who came to my house, Xavieus Duncan, was professional and most knowledgeable. He did a superb job analyzing the problem with my garage door to determine its cause and bring it back to perfect. He explained everything to me clearly. He outlined my various options for repair and longevity of good performance. It was a very positive experience and I will recommend Precision to friends. Please make sure Xavieus is rewarded.
