The technician was extremely prompt and kind. However a $59.95 service fee turned into $169 charge after maybe 30 minutes of working with the door. No parts were needed. I called the Columbus office and spoke with someone about the fee while the technician was still at my house. He never called me back after I was told that he would speak with the technician. Will not use this company again.

Our garage door fell from one side as the screws unattached from the wall. Xavieus worked super fast considering how bad it was and repaired it. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and so humble and nice. He explained with details what the problem was and made recommendations to us. My husband and me talked with him for a lil minute and we are so glad they sent him. He was really professional and really pleasant to talk to. We are glad we called this company. They were so quick to act when I called. Will definitely call again in the future.
